Strain: Dampkring Lemon Skunk. Indica dominant hybrid.
Appearance: A rather large amount of golden hairs give this strain a little lighter appearance then it otherwise would have. Some pastel and light greens on the bud structure. Some nice buds which are quite dense and have nice even formations. A decent amount of trichomes which are quite sparkly!
Aroma: Earthy and acrid, quite a light smell. Lots of fruit and citrus, ranging from oranges through to lemons and grapefruit.
Flavour: Very citrus, more lemon once smoked then you can smell in the aroma. Taste is very nice, quite a light flavour and not too much depth to it. Quite earthy and a little musky. There is even just a slight hint of aniseed especially on the exhale.
Effects: A bit down the middle as there is definitely a uplifting effect to begin with which mellows out to a nice all over even body and mind stone which is quite pleasant. Average to good for symptom relief, gives me a kind of clarity when it comes to thinking. Definitely a enjoyable smoke.
Comments: A nice strain, strong enough to reduce symptoms but not a wipe out. I feel like I could function on this as a daytime smoke as it is not so heavy that it will put me to sleep but it does work and help me be in less pain, definitely helps with the putting your mind elsewhere technique to not think about the pain too, over all its a thumbs up from me!
